Oryanox monitors Nitric Oxide (NO), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO 2 ) and Oxygen (O 2 ) gases with electrochemical sensor technology. Oryanox consists of three models. Oryanox spmed version also provides parameters such as oxygen saturation, peripheral methemoglobin saturation and heart rate. has an advanced non-invasive pulse co-oximetry system
The monitor can be connected to the mains or powered by internal batteries that can be used for up to two hours . Oryanox is designed to monitor the NO delivered to the patient, as well as monitor the Inhaled Oxygen Fraction (FiO 2 ), used in the treatment of Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome and pulmonary hypertension in ventilated patients.
Gas measurements have a resolution of 0.1 ppm and Nitric Oxide Gas (NO) 0-100 ppm, Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) 0-50 ppm and Oxygen 0-100%. The gas to be monitored is continuously sampled by a pump with a constant flow of approximately 300 mL/min in the “side flow” system.
Measurements are displayed on an easy-to-view color liquid crystal display with a resolution of 640×480 pixels (VGA) and touch sensitive.
Trend data is stored in memory with a maximum continuous monitoring capacity of approximately 15 days and can be viewed on the graphic display and sent to a computer via the USB port located on the back of the Monitor.
